Is it the top team in each conference + the 6 next best teams from the entire league that make it to the playoffs, or is it the top 4 teams from each conference that make it through?
It's the top team in each conference get the top seeds than the next 6 beat teams get playoff spots.
I would have to set up playoffs manually we wanted top 4 teams per conference

Cool, that's not a problem, just wanted to double check!
Could we get clarification/discussion on a couple of scenarios:
1) A prospect is called up to replace an IR eligible player, however the player comes off IR prior to the 5 days the prospect has been up. In this scenario, should the player who was on IR be required to come onto the active roster, and the same prospect who was called up be sent down?
2) If a prospect who has played over 100 games (over 50 for goalies) is released into Free Agency, is he still considered to be a prospect, or is he eligible to be picked up as a regular player?
1) This is a case where you should pay attention to if the player is actually on the IR or not and how long they plan to stay there. It's more of a strategy thing that makes decision making more interesting.
2) I believe by the rules of fantrax that any player who starts the season as a prospect stays a prospect for the season. So yes, they'd count towards your prospect limit if you pcied them up.
If you want anything worded differently, please make suggestions!!!
