If any of you haven't watched the ESPN 30 for 30: You Don't Know Bo, I highly suggest you do. I'm not a football or baseball fan in the slightest, but wow, what a story
Will check them out. Some of my favorites are The Bad Boys (Detriot Pistons of the late 80s), Surivive and advance (the incredible story of NC State Wolfpack and Jim Valvana. If you don't know his story you should), and I really want to watch Nowitzki: The perfect shot which is about Dirk and I think he may be the most under appreciated athlete of all time I really admire him and it has amazing reviews.

Will check it out. Any other 30 for 30 recommendations cause there are so many.
Alternatively, Draft Day and Moneyball are also great flicks
Both are great. Bull Durham, Mystery Alaska, the Program, Hoosiers, Miracle, Red Army, Eight Men Out, The Rookie, Remember the Titans, Blue Chips, 42, Senna, just to name a few are also exceptional

Big Shot was another interesting one. It's about a guy who scammed his way into buying the NYI in the 80s. I haven't watched too many others
No No: A Documentary is about Dock Ellis, the MLB pitcher who allegedly threw a no hitter while high on acid. Not only about Ellis, it touches on the history of drug abuse in the MLB (greenies)

I can't recommend 42 enough. Alan Tudyk's scene from the dugout was horrifying.
Call it a homer pick but 30:30 4 days in October is amazing. Another solid one is Jordan Rides the Bus... if anything it makes me more amazed at Bo Jackson.

I went to bama and hate all things blue and orange but I'll second that one. Surprisingly good. Shifted a lot of peoples perspective who just blindly despised anything associated with that school. Especially as someone who didn't grow up when he was around, it was really cool to see the effect he had on the sports world. Plus he is just a true freak of nature athletically.
Nobody for Space Jam? Last girl I dated suckered me in by inviting me over to watch it. Dont think she intended to but I made sure we watched every last second even though I've seen it like 30 times.
