Rate My Team

So my buddy asked me to co manage a team with him. He is currently last but hopefully using my magic we'll make playoffs. It is a head to head point scoring league. Currently 0-4 but I think team has potential. 

Scoring-
3 for goal, 2 for assist, 1 for each plus minus, 0.5 PIM, 1 for PP point, 0.4 SOG.
Goalies-
4 for win, -1 goal against, 0.2 per save, and 2 for shutout.
