In the spirit of Festivus (and not studying for finals), I figure we should kick off the holiday season with the airing of some grievances with players on our rosters, or whoever else you have beef with! I've got a lot of problems with these people, and now they're gonna hear about it!
Jakub Voracek: You beautiful, ginger-haired bastard. I drafted you with my first round pick because I was under the impression you could score within a few points of the Art Ross winner, but a quarter of the way through the season, you're scoring within a few points of Carl Soderberg. I'm more confident that a 23-year-old rookie defenseman will hit the net (or even near the net), from twice as far away, when you're both out for the same power-play. You're really solidifying your spot as "Worst Selection of the First Round", as originally deemed by Jusso.
Curtis McElhinney: The hardest part about finally dropping you was spelling your name.
Los Angeles Kings (NHL): As a Sharks fan, I will always resent that fact that I need to depend on you for anything, but this is... this is just so petty. Benching Jhonas Enroth, the runner up NHL leader in SV%, in favor of Jonathan Quick, just to spite me? He's not even elite, guys! Don't you frequent Reddit???
Boston Bruins (RDHL): Kyle, in week 5, your team took the win by a margin of 2. On a completely unrelated note, I just recently dug my way out of the mountain of salt that I've been buried in since then. Anyway, I know you feel guilty for robbing me of that win, so I will gladly accept a slightly-used Connor McDavid as an apology gift. 'Tis the season after all!
