2: Next time, that GM will have 12 hours, if GM misses again, they will drop another 5 rounds.
3: Next time, that GM will have 12 hours, if GM misses again this is grounds for expulsion (If you happen to get to this point, you might want to re-evaluate whether you want to be in this league or not.)

Single picks from the same draft year are not allowed to be moved for in a transaction(ie. 36th overall for 42nd overall with no other assets being moved) as this is logically unbalanced.
