My vote is yes to both with the intention of awarding 3 points per regulation win, 2 points per OT/shootout win and 1 point per shootout (edit: and OT) loss.

What you corrected it to us what I meant! 3 points per regulation win, 2 points per OT/shootout win, 1 point per OT/shootout loss, 0 points per regulation loss.
Why not do 3 for a win (OT or not) and 1.5 for OTL? Same as NHL has 2 for a win and 1 for OTL.
We can definitely add that as an option when voting for points (if this vote is favourable), but I personally feel rewarding goalies for regulation wins more than ot/shootout wins is a fairer gauge of goalie performance.
