1. GM has 18 hours, if the GM misses they will drop down 5 rounds.
2: Next time, that GM will have 12 hours, if GM misses again, they will drop another 5 rounds.
3: Next time, that GM will have 12 hours, if GM misses again this is grounds for expulsion (If you happen to get to this point, you might want to re-evaluate whether you want to be in this league or not.)
