Should we replace the Tampa Bay Lightning (David) GM?

Hey everybody,
I wanted to bring this to a vote, seeing that we are talking about the reigning champion. This was not an easy decision to even bring this to a vote, but myself and the other commisioners thought it was time and we have given David many opportunities to talk this through. This all being said, I want to present the facts about the situation for you all to decide.
The last time I spoke with David was on October 10th. I had mentioned getting up to the 24 person roster limit, maintaining IR, and setting lineups. He said not a problem and said he was very interested in being in the league.
October 12th is the last time David has been on the forums.
He is not at the 24 player roster size still. Edler was injured towards the end of October and still in his lineup. Jones has played 13 games and has been on the IR the entire time.
These are some of the facts, so please decide.
I hope David comes forward and gives his side of the story. I never like seeing GMs leave the league in any fashion, so I hope we get to hear from him.
