I'm planning full rebuild out the gate but before I open up for business I was wondering what the going rates are for better draft selection or younger players?

Its all relative from person to person generally. Everyones value is different, AFAIK not many people base deals off previous deals as much as just perceived value

I would also add that the league in general has caught on to the value of young players, prospects and picks. E.g.: Based on previous talks I've had, if I were to put Ovechkin on the block, I don't think the value in futures would be sky high.
