Rule Change: Reduce the roster size

Perceived Problem: The waiver wire is too shallow

Proposed Solution: Reduce the roster size, thereby increasing the size of the waiver wire.

I voted yes on this, but would want it to be down to 23 from 24, in order to put 20 more players in the waiver wire. We can then have the same bench spots or 1 less bench spot.
