I thought I'd break down that it was looking like, in terms of who had the best chance to win the 1st overall pick in the upcoming lottery draft.
Here is what the order looks like at the moment:
1. Winnipeg Jets - 28.5%
2. Vancouver Canucks - 21.5%
3. Montreal Canadiens - 16.5%
4. Tampa Bay Lightning - 11%
5. Hartford Whalers - 7.5%
6. Chicago Blackhawks - 4.4%
7. California Golden Seals Pick - 3.1% (TBD Owner)
8. Anaheim Ducks - 2.5%
9. Dallas Stars - 1.9%
10. Ottawa Senators - 1.5%
11. Toronto Maple Leafs - 1%
